Yogartvibes is a creative wellness platform offering art therapy practices and yoga programs delivered through interactive web pages.

About the practitioner

Cassandre Vidili is an art therapy practitioner currently in advanced training in art therapy, and a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance). The content of Yogartvibes is designed for personal exploration, creativity, and self-reflection — not as a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic care.

02What we sell

Yogartvibes currently offers one paid digital product:

31 Days Art Therapy Reset — Full Access

• Price: €10 (one-time payment, VAT inclusive)
• Format: 31 daily art therapy prompts and reflection questions, accessed online via the user's web browser at yogartvibes.org/31-days.html
• Free portion: Days 01 to 06 (Phase 01 — Awareness & Grounding) are accessible free of charge after email subscription
• Paid portion: Days 07 to 31, including Phases 02 (Expression & Release), 03 (Healing & Integration), and 04 (Gratitude & Renewal)
• Access: Lifetime, on any device, via a permanent unlock link sent by email after purchase
• No subscription: One-time payment only. No recurring charges, no upgrades, no upsells

Free practices (Inner Movements, What Moves What Weighs, Sigil Practice, New Cycle Rituals, Between Cycles) are available without payment, with email subscription only.

03Payment

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, a trusted online merchant of record acting as the seller for the transaction (Lemon Squeezy LLC, registered in the United States). Lemon Squeezy is responsible for VAT collection and remittance in compliance with EU VAT regulations and the OSS scheme.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Lemon Squeezy.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. The customer's billing country may affect the applied VAT rate.

04Delivery and access

The product is a digital online service. Access is delivered immediately upon successful payment, by:

• Automatic redirection to the unlocked content on yogartvibes.org/31-days.html
• Sending a permanent access link to the customer's email address

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping the access link safe. The customer can request a new access link at any time by contacting hello@yogartvibes.org.

05Right of withdrawal — Important notice

Under European Union consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered immediately upon the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in French law as Article L.221-28 of the Code de la consommation).

By purchasing the 31 Days Art Therapy Reset and clicking "Unlock for €10," the customer:

• Expressly requests immediate access to the digital content;
• Acknowledges that this immediate access results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Despite this loss of legal right, Yogartvibes voluntarily offers a satisfaction guarantee: if the customer is genuinely dissatisfied within 14 days of purchase, they may contact hello@yogartvibes.org with a brief explanation, and a full refund will be granted at our discretion. This is a goodwill gesture, not a legal obligation.

06Intellectual property

All content on Yogartvibes (text, prompts, illustrations, design, photographs, code) is the original work of Cassandre Vidili and is protected by copyright laws.

Upon purchase, the customer obtains a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content for their own personal practice. The customer may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the content with third parties;
• Reproduce the content publicly or in any commercial setting;
• Publish substantial extracts on social media or other platforms.

The customer is welcome to share their own personal artwork and reflections inspired by the practices on social media.

07Privacy and data protection

Yogartvibes complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cookies and consent

On first visit, a cookie consent banner appears. You can accept all, reject all, or customize your choices for analytics and marketing cookies. Essential cookies (used to remember your choices and language) are always active and required for the site to function.

Your choice is stored locally for 12 months. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookies" button visible at the bottom-left of the page after consent.

No analytics or marketing cookies are loaded before you give your consent.

Data we collect

• Email address: collected when subscribing to access free or paid content. Used solely to deliver the access link and (occasionally) communicate updates about Yogartvibes.
• Purchase data: processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive only the order confirmation and the customer's email — never card details.
• Anonymous analytics (with your consent): we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. The data is anonymized.
• Marketing pixel (with your consent): we use Meta Pixel to measure the impact of our content on Instagram.

Your rights

Under GDPR, the customer has the right to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data. Requests can be sent to hello@yogartvibes.org and will be processed within 30 days.

Email unsubscribe

The customer can unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@yogartvibes.org. Note: unsubscribing from marketing emails does not delete the customer's purchase or access link.

08Disclaimer — Health and wellbeing

Yogartvibes content is intended for self-exploration, creative practice, and personal wellbeing. It is not a medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic service. The practices offered:

• Are not a substitute for professional mental health care;
• Cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition;
• Should not be used as a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.

If the customer is experiencing emotional distress, mental health difficulties, or trauma, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed mental health professional. In case of emergency, please contact emergency services in your country (in France: 15 or 112).

The yoga practices offered are general gentle movement guidance. The customer is responsible for assessing their own physical condition and consulting a doctor before beginning any new movement practice if relevant.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yogartvibes (Cassandre Vidili) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the customer paid for the product (€10).

10Modifications

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute related to the use of Yogartvibes or its products shall first be addressed by direct contact at hello@yogartvibes.org, with a goal of amicable resolution.

If no amicable resolution can be reached, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Otherwise, French courts shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
